PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the air sucking performance and the air sucking efficiency by stabilizing the air sucking stream swirling shaft of a tornado type air- sucking-blowing device. SOLUTION: This tornado type air-sucking-blowing device is equipped with an air suction port 2a which sucks in air in a specified local area by swirling the air into a tornado state, and an air blow-out port 3 which is provided in a manner to surround the air suction port 2a, and blows out the air diagonally downward from the outer periphery of the air suction port 2a under an air curtain state by swirling the air. In this case, the air suction port 2a is cylindrically extended to the lower side in the local area.
