PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesion force by adhering a decorative material by an adhesive containing a specific amount of a hydrophilic adhesive and a hydrophobic adhesive on the placing side of the concrete of a form body. SOLUTION: A concrete form 10 forms the contact surface 11a of the concrete of a form body 11 into an uneven shape, and an adhesive layer 12 is provided on the entire face of the surface 11a to adhere a decorative material 13. A layer 12 is formed to apply and dry on the surface 11a an adhesive containing a solid part of 0.5 wt.% or more, a hydrophobic adhesive component of 15 wt.% or less, a solid part of 0.5 wt.% or more, and a hydrophilic adhesive component of 15 wt.% or less. Since the layer 12 contains the hydrophobic adhesive component, the layer 12 flows out by rainwater or the like not to have fear peeled from the body 11. In addition, when concrete is placed, the hydrophilic adhesive component elutes from the layer 12 by moisture in the concrete, the film of the layer 12 collapses, and the decorative material 13 is transferred to the surface of the concrete. Thereby the decorative material can be surely and easily transferred.
