PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive private part washing device having excellent practical use property and capable of washing a private part of a human body by functional water useful for the skin and clean water. SOLUTION: This private part washing device which discharges a predetermined amount of water based on water supply demand to wash the annus part, the pudendum, and the other skin surface is provided with a washing nozzle 12, a water delivery pipe for feeding washing water, a heater 5 for heating washing water by passing washing water, a hard material vessel in which a chemical 8 obtained by combining one kind o two kinds or more of chemicals selected from a chemical for hemorrhoids, humidity holding agent, lubricant, deodorant, and aromatic agent and saturated water solution of the chemical 8 or uniform dispersion solution of the chemical 8 are filled, an opening formed in the hard material vessel, and a chemical release cartridge 7 having a porous film covering the opening. The chemical release cartridge 7 is mounted on the water delivery pipe while the opening is communicated with a flow passage of the water delivery pipe and is directed toward an upstream side of the flow passage and can be exchanged.
