PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate waste of mortar and improve the workability of joint filling by providing a lower opening communicating with an upper opening of a joint part on a filling device body, and providing front and rear legs to be allowed to abut on the front-side inclined opening and back-side vertical opening of the joint part from the outside to seal them. SOLUTION: In a filling device body 3, a lower opening 3A5 communicating with the upper opening of a joint part from above is provided on a hopper part 3A, and a front leg 3B and a rear leg 3C are attachably and detachably mounted on a front guide 3A6 and a rear guide 3A7. The lower surface opening 3A5 is arranged on the upper opening of the joint part, and the lower leg part 3B2 of the front leg 3B is allowed to abut on the front inclined opening of the joint part from outside to seal it, and the lower part 3C2 of the rear leg 3C is allowed to abut on the back vertical opening of the joint part from outside to seal it. The mortar in the hopper part 3A is filled while it is pushed by a pushing plate formed in a width capable of rising and falling in the state inserted through the lower opening 3A5 from above. According to this, the joint filling work of mortar can be quickly performed without wasting mortar.
