PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively operate a plurality of documents according to a priority by performing prescribed processing of a file to which an identifier having the priority is attached according to the priority in a document file list. SOLUTION: When a user inputs an identifier A having a priority as a retrieval condition to a retrieval condition inputting means 204, a retrieving part 205 searches for a file coinciding with the retrieval condition according to the retrieval condition from an index data recording part 202 via an index data recording part managing means 203 and outputs results to a document list controlling means 209. Then, the means 209 prepares a document list on the basis of the results and shows the document list on a document list displaying means 201. Thus, it is possible to collectively operate a plurality of documents according to the priority.
