The invention relates to polyesterurethanes for resilient shock-absorbers, applicable to the ball bearing manufacturing, machine building and spacecraft industries, having the general formula: wherein: R is -(CH 2) 2 - O- (CH 2) 2-; - (CH 2) 2; -(CH 2)4 - CH 2 - CH - CH 2 -; R 1 is - CH 2; - (CH2)2 -, and to a process for producing the same, which consists in that a mixture comprising 0.01 ... 0.1 moles of polyester diols, preferably 0.04 ... 0.06 moles having the molecular weight in the range of 1500 to 2500, preferably 1500 ... 2000 and the OH figure from 45 to 75, preferably from 45 to 56 and acidity ranging from 1 to 3 mg KOH/g of polyester, and 0.05 ... 0.2 moles of diisocyanates, preferably 0.1 ... 0.15 moles and 0.015 ... 0.15 moles of diols and/or triols, preferably 0.075 ... 0.1 moles, is subjected to reaction at a temperature ranging from 90 to 130°C, for 120 ... 500 min.
