PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fish drier that uses the radiant heat emitted from heating pipes as a drying heat. SOLUTION: A multistage type net conveyer 2 is arranged in a drying box 1. A punch metal type hot air dispersal plate 11 is intervened in a space area between the uppermost step of the net conveyer 2 and a ceiling equipped with a hot air inlet 4; a radiant heat feeder 8 equipped with a heating pipe 6 that directly blowing burner flame into the pipe to emit radiant heat to the surroundings of the pipe and equipped with a hot air-blowing fan 7 is arranged to a hot air-feeding chamber 5 connected to the outside of the drying box 1 at the position of hot air introduction. In addition, a plurality of exhaustion ducts 16 equipped with an inhaling and exhausting fan 15 are connected to a large opening of the hot air-inlet 14 under the lowermost net conveyer 2 to slowly flow down the hot air perpendicularly to the net conveyer with a mold negative pressure due to a sucking fan and a gentle partial flow due to a punch-metal type hot air dispersion plate thereby slowly drying small fishes. |
