PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which makes it possible to select, rearrange, retrieve, refer to, edit and register medical consultation information and medical consultation data based upon as keys disease name information and disease name codes of a system used at medical facilities. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a means 21 which retrieves clinical consultation information corresponding to disease name information or a disease name code from a database that respective department system of medical facilities manage by using the disease name information or disease name code as a key, a means which selects or rearrange necessary information of retrieved medical consultation information, a means 24 which generates and/or edits medical consultation data from the selected or rearranged information and registers the data as medical consultation data on an arbitrary patient, and a means 23 which can edit and retrieves the registered data. Consequently, effects on the shortening of an operation time, an input leak, etc., by the effective use of the medical consultation information and medical consultation data can be obtained. |
