PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food for regulation of relax circadian rhythm and for beauty, capable of improving symptoms such as unidentified clinical symptom and hysterical symptom caused by the disorder of secretion rhythm of a hormone, and further an undesirable effect on the beauty caused thereby by keeping the secretion rhythm of the hormone, and capable of being ingested for a long period without difficulty. SOLUTION: This food for regulation of relax circadian rhythm and for beauty contains a plant of Cucurbitaceae such as Citrullus lanatus, Luffa cylindrica (L.) Roem., Cucumis melo L. var. conomon (Thunb.) Makino, Cucumis melo L. var. makuwa Makino, Cucumis sativus L., Cucumis melo var. reticulatus Naud. and Cucumis melo var. cantalupensis Naud., its fruit or an extract thereof. |
