PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a timing of the sinking motion of a needle from a rotary barrel peripheral surface with respect to the projecting motion of a folding blade from the rotary barrel peripheral surface by displacing a stop cam for neeld motion around a center of rotation of the folding barrel, regardless of the motion/stop of the folding device. SOLUTION: In the adjustment of a timing of the sinking motion of a needle 111 from a folding barrel peripheral surface with respect to the projecting motion of a folding blade 211 from the folding barrel peripheral surface, the projecting motion of the folding blade 211 for transferring a cutting web WA held on a peripheral surface of the folding barrel to a holding mechanism 71 of a holding barrel 70, is executed by displacing a cam follower 271 of a folding blade mechanism 201 along a cam surface 849 for projecting the folding blade, of a stop cam 840 for operating the folding blade in the folding barrel. To transfer the cutting web WA to the holding mechanism 71, the sinking motion of the needle 111 from the folding barrel peripheral surface is executed by displacing the needle cam follower 271 of a needle mechanism 101 along a cam surface 819 for sinking the needle, of the cam for stopping the needle motion 810.
