PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a throat microphone without a sense of fatigue, a pressed sense and a sense of incongruity during use over a long time when a vibration microphone is used for the throat microphone and to prevent hard of hearing due to close contact of an ear speaker to an ear and a risk due to interruption of an external sound. SOLUTION: A vibration microphone 4 with high sensitivity is pressed into contact with a throat under a chin by utilizing a retainer spring 5. Thus, different from a conventional method to wind a microphone around a neck to extract a voice output, since the microphone does not tighten the neck, no pressed sense is caused and no fatigue is produced even in the case of use for a long time. The retainer spring 5 is made of a metal or a plastic and retains the vibration microphone under a prescribed pressure onto the throat under the chin. Furthermore, a fault due to close contact with the ear due to mount of an adjustment jig to the ear speaker can be avoided.
