PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and low cost of car control panels and prevent erroneous car operations by tempering users, by designing cars to be specially actuated via portable terminal instruments and eliminating related control switches from the control panels. SOLUTION: A portable terminal instrument 30 has a connector 35, and a control panel inside a car has a connection terminal 24 connected to a microcomputer 21. In maintenance and inspection, connecting the connector 35 to the connection terminal 24 allows data transfer between the microcomputer 21 and the portable terminal instrument 30.
