PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly extend a life of a large punching die and to greatly reduce a running cost. SOLUTION: A die consists of a die part of cemented alloy having a recessed part shape or the like, to punch an objective plate material and a base-seat part of iron to engage/support with using a bolt at a state in face contact with the die part, a punch consists of a blade part of cemented alloy to be pressed into the die in punching and a support base part of iron to engage/ support with using the bolt at the state in face contact with the blade part.
