PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the shape of a panel and regularize it and fufurther, enable mass production to obtain an inexpensive panel and prevent separation of the panel. SOLUTION: A quadrangular pannel 18 is disposed so as to lay down all over a roof floor of a building and regularize the shape. Flat flanges 19 having a specified width are formed at the four sides. Further, a protruded panel face 20 is formed by protruding it from the flanges 19 at a specified inclination angle. In this way, the shape of the panel 18 can be simplified and the panel can be mass-produced to obtain inexpensive panels 18. A ragged face is formed on the surface of the roof floor on which the panels are spread all over to lessen strength of wind and prevent separation of corner panels due to wind. Since the panel 18 has a simple structure that it is provided with a heat insulation layer made of a foamed resin on the rear face of a front face made of a rigid resin, the panel 18 can be made inexpensive.
