The invention relates to a thermoplastic composition and a process for producing the same, applicable to manufacturing coextruded and thermally welded profiles, having a support consisting of an aluminium alloy strip. The composition comprises polyvinylchloride suspension, plastifier, epoxidated soyabean oil, animal stearine, calcium stearate 2,2'-bis-(4-hydroxy-phenyl propane), furnace carbon black, calcium carbonate precipitated and treated with stearic acid and a synergistic couple. The process consists in mixing the polyvinylchloride with stabilizers up to a temperature of 60°C, adding plastifier and possibly antioxidant, continuing the mixing up to a temperature of 70° C, when external-internal lubricant and the active batch are added, then adding carbon black when the temperature of 75°C has been reached, continuing the mixing up to the temperature of 94° C, followed by discharging the mixture into a tank and completing the mixing. The composition is mixed according to a regression equation of the form T = a + b Int, which describes a temperature curve T- mixing time t, wherein the value a equals 63.086347 and the value b equals 15.396981.
