MATERIAL SORTING AND COLLECTING METHOD BY PULVERIZATION OF GOLF BALL AND GOLF BALL PRODUCED BY THE SORTED MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering unnecessary golf balls by sorting these golf balls by each of used materials and the golf balls produced by using the recovered materials. SOLUTION: This material sorting and collecting method by the pulverization of the golf balls consists in pulverizing and sieving the golf balls and collecting the core materials passing the mesh of sieves and cover materials remaining on the sieves when recycling the golf balls formed of the cores and covers varying in the materials. The golf balls are produced by compounding the collected powder materials with the original materials at a limit of 30% for the core and 15% for the covers.
