PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation intended for treating tumors or viral infectious diseases by including tumor necrosis factor-α, interferon-α and antigen-presenting cells. SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by including (A) tumor necrosis factor-α, (B) interferon-α and (C) antigen-presenting cells, wherein the component C includes (i) cells having the ability to present antigen and (ii) antigen- presenting cells that have presented antigen peptide, where the component (i) is e.g. leukocytes including macrophages, B-cells (B-lymphocytes) and dendritic cells, and dendritic cells are especially preferable. Dosage form of this preparation is preferably such that the component C is first administered and the components A and B are subsequently administered; a single dose of this preparation in preferably such that the components A, B and C are at 1×103 to 1×105 U/kg, 1×103 to 1×105 IU/kg and 1×103 to 1×107/kg, respectively. |
