<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently weld a work to be welded by ultrasonic seam welding. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic seam welding machine is constituted in a manner such that plural pressurizing part 17 are formed by providing projecting parts 17a on an outer peripheral side face 12a of a disc shape horn 12, a vibration apparatus 13 placed in the horizontal direction, is connected to a center of the horn 12, and the apparatus 13 is rotatable around the horizontal axis and movable in the horizontal direction, while, an anvil 14 is movable up and down. For welding the work to be welded set on the anvil 14, the anvil 14 is moved upward, the work to welded is pressurized to the projecting part of a couple of the pressurizing part vibrating at an ultrasonic frequency, and the horn is moved horizontally as it is rotated. Thus, the work to be welded are welded continuously by the ultrasonic seam welding.</p> |
