PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact refrigerant heating device of an air conditioner which is capable of continuing the stable combustion without breaking the pressure balance between the air supply and the exhaust even under a strong wind. SOLUTION: This refrigerant heating device is provided with a blower 21 for combustion, a combustion part 20, a heat exchanger 22 for heating the refrigerant and an exhaust pipe 24 in this order, and its front side is covered with an upper front panel 17. The blower 21 for combustion is provided on one end side with an air inlet 30 facing a front side, the exhaust pipe 24 is provided toward the front side on the other end, an air inlet 32 for combustion is opened on the other end side of the upper front panel 17, a baffle plate 33 is provided on an inner surface of the upper front panel 17 to form an air supply passage 34, an exhaust pipe outlet 35 is opened at the position opposite to the air inlet for combustion of the baffle plate 33, an air supply opening part 37 is provided at the position opposite to the air inlet 30 in the baffle plate 33, and a compressive airtight member 38 is provided along an opening edge in a gap between the air inlet 30 and the air supply opening part 37.
