PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low power consumption and restrain heat generation of a driving element by utilizing the capasitive load. SOLUTION: In driving a capacitive load C1, capacitors C2, C3 are charged, utilizing the current change in mutual inductors TX1, TX2. By supplying the charge accumulated in the C2 to the load in a subsequent C1 charging process, the charge supply amount from a power source is reduced. Furthermore, by returning the charge to the power source by the C3 electric discharge in a subsequent C1 discharging process, the power can be saved.
