PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a brush holder. SOLUTION: A negative pole side terminal 32 of a brush holder 30 is fixed directly with a small screw 32a and is electrically connected to a frame 4. This brush holder 30 has a positive pole side terminal, and a switching means of high-side switch structure is also allocated between this positive side terminal and power source. As a result, the brush holder 30 can be fixed rigidly and the electrical connection of this terminal 32 can also be assured.
