PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a rotating member by installing a control means by which a motor is reversed by a prescribed angle when the rotating member is locked during its rotation. SOLUTION: First, a control signal is inputted, a target angle of rotation is set at an arbitrary angle of rotation, and a motor 2 is operated. Then, the angle of rotation of a fourth gear 6 is detected by a position detecting device. At this time, when a foreign body is caught or the like, the fourth gear 6 is locked, and, even when a prescribed time elapses, the angle of rotation of the fourth gear 6 does not agree with the target angle of rotation. Then, when the motor 2 is to be turned forward, the motor 2 is turned reversely by an angle at which the target angle of rotation is returned by a prescribed angle from the angle of rotation of the fourth gear 6. Consequently, when the angle of rotation of the fourth gear 6 agrees with the target angle of rotation, the motor 2 is stopped. In this manner, when the fourth gear 6 is locked during its rotation, the motor 2 is reversed by a prescribed angle. As a result, any load is not applied to the motor 2 for many hours in a state that respective gears 3, 4, 5, 6 are locked, and it is possible to surely prevent the components from being deformed.
