PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality in appearance by preventing a covering part from corrugating, to improve workability in the work of pulling a surface skin for catching it with a hook, and to reduce cost by suppressing the size of a surface skin to be used. SOLUTION: A surface skin 11a for a seat back is fixed by fastening a second hook 2 provided for all the width of one edge of the surface skin 11a to a first hook 1 made of a resin provided for all the width of the other edge of the surface skin 11a, and a covering part 3 to conceal the first and second hooks 1 and 2 is provided at the one edge of the surface skin 11a. In this case, a plate-shaped extended part 2b extended to a more lower location than the first hook 1 when fastened to the first hook 1 is integrally provided for the second hook 2, and the covering part 3 is constituted by fixing the one edge of the surface skin 11a to the extended part 2b.
