PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which can process data supplied from outside at high speed. SOLUTION: The data processor having a software process part which actualizes a specific data process through software and a hardware process part which actualizes a specific data process through hardware acquires the process time of the hardware process part by using dummy data at a data process request (steps S16003 to S16005), and performs the process by the hardware when the time needed for the process is shorter than a specific time (step S16009) or by the software when longer (step S16011).
