PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a false start by predicting the position of a motorboat concerning a start line at a start time and issuing alarm to the player of the motorboat when the boat makes a false start based on the comparison result of the predicted position with the start line. SOLUTION: A position predicting device 12 predicts a position from the start line at the start time, that is, an arrival position from the relation of the time with the position from the start line in each motorboat through the use of data which is stored in a storage device 11 by a plurality of times. When the predicted position from the start line comes out of the start line, a false start judging means 3 judges that the motorboat makes the false start. Alarm is transmitted to the player of the judged boat by radio wave, a receiving device 14 receives the alarm to issue alarm sound from a headphone and the player is noticed that he makes the false start.
