The present invention discloses compositions comprising a naturally secreted human extracellular matrix and methods for the use thereof. More particularly, the present invention provides compositions and methods for the repair of skin defects using natural human extracellular matrix by injection. The present invention also provides prosthetic devices which are coated or sealed with a composition comprising a naturally secreted extracellular matrix and methods for the use thereof.
