The present invention includes a method for a service provider to improve service to a customer. The method includes providing a plurality of service specialists. The method also includes providing a guide that communicates interactively with the customer and providing a network wherein the customer and one or more of the plurality of specialists interact. The method additionally includes guiding the customer to one or more of the specialists through the network based upon communication between the customer and the guide.
