PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic integrated circuit which does not require an outer capacitor, which does not require the incorporation of a capacitor and which realizes a shift of a DC voltage level. SOLUTION: A current generation means R2 generating difference current proportional to difference voltage between DC voltage DC and other DC voltage V, current mirror means Q6 and Q12 outputting current equal to difference current generated by the current generation means R2, a voltage generation means R2 to which the outputs of the current mirror means are supplied and which generates difference voltage in accordance with difference current and a means applying difference voltage to DC voltage (AC+DC) with which the AC signal is overlapped and shifting the DC voltage level to other DC voltage (AC+V), and installed.
