PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly durable inclination measuring device capable of speedy measurements. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a measuring case 12 to be mounted to a surface to be measured 3, a laser oscillator 1 rotation-freely supported at the measuring case 12 via a rocking movement supporting part 13 to project a laser beam L in a predetermined direction with respect to a plumb line by a supporting member 14, an image sensor 2 arranged at the measuring case 12 to receive the laser beam L, and a reflecting mirror device 15 sandwiched between the laser oscillator 1 and the image sensor 2 to increase the amount of displacement in a light receiving location to the image sensor 2 which occurs by the inclination of the surface to be measured 3 by reflecting the laser beam L between plane mirrors 15a and 15b parallel with each other a plurality of times to extend the leg length of the laser beam L.
