PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the soundness of a structure in a fluidized bed by unifying the particle vibration load applied to the structure in the fluidized bed. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed combustion boiler comprises a fluidized bed case 2 to accommodate an in-bed structure including a heat transfer tube 8 and its support member, a fluidizing medium 10 filler in the fluidized bed case 2, and a burner 9 arranged on a lower part in the fluidized bed case 2. The load density of the in-bed structure in the fluidized bed case 2 is large in an upper part of the fluidized bed case 2, and small in the lower part thereof.
