PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a dislocation phenomenon by clamping both ends of an inner cylinder of a buffer bush under appropriate, uniform surface pressure distribution. SOLUTION: In order to apply the clamping axial force of a fixing bolt 15 directly to an inner cylinder 16 of a buffer bush 13, it is so constituted that a part of a head of the fixing bolt 15 or a part of a nut 21 into which the fixing bolt 15 is screwed, is movable in a through hole of a fitting member and that a compressed member 27 is clamped between a connecting body 26 and fitting pieces 11, 11.
