PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine a skip constant forming an air-fuel ratio F/B correction factor FAF based on an output from a down stream side O2 sensor. SOLUTION: This control device determined and corrects a rich skip constant RSR forming an air-fuel ratio F/B correction factor FAF calculated on the basis of an output from a catalyst upstream side O2 sensor 13 by determining by integration and a skip processing based on an output from a downstream side O2 sensor 15. In this case, the integration is performed only under a preliminary specified driving condition while the skip processing is performed regardless of the driving condition, and a period of the skip processing is made sufficiently shorter than that of the integration.
