PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash-board facility with pump capable of simplifying the work at site and improving safety and efficiency of the work. SOLUTION: This flash-board facility shuts off a water channel 1 by dropping flash-boards 3, 4, 5 into the water channel 1. A water drain pump mechanisms is incorporated into the flash-boards 3, 4, 5 themselves. That is, a water drain pump 6 is incorporated into the flash-board 3 at a lower step, a discharge flow passage 8 of the water drain pump 6 is provided in the flash-board 4 at an intermediate step, and a discharge port 10 of the water drain pump is provided in the flash-board 5 at an upper step. The operation of the water drain pump 6 can be immediately started by dropping the flash-boards 3, 4, 5 into ditches 17, 17 of the water channel 1.
