PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To punch or cut a working part subjected to bending in a preceding process by fitting a pair of plate cams to a prescribed position of a punch plate and providing a lower backing plate, in which a pair of dies horizontally freely slidably by a plate cam is mounted under the punch plate, for a press die. SOLUTION: A working part 1a subjected to bending in a preceding process is set at a prescribed position of the working part 9a of a die 9. By descending an upper die, a hoop 1 is clamped between a material holding plate 14 and the die 9. The tip of a plate cam 13 is slid/inserted into an inserting hole 19 and is inserted/reached in an inserting hole of a lower backing plate 7. By further descending the upper die, the inner face of the plate cam 13 is slid on the face of the inserting hole 19 of the die 9, the die 9 is slid/moved to a prescribed position through a projecting rail 18 and a recessed groove 9b. The working part 9a is entered more inside than a product outer peripheral part. By further descending the upper die, the working part 1a is worked by a punch 2.
