PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the holes of a nozzle for fluid, which is used in a device for peeling an onion with the fluid, always easy of cleaning by dividing the nozzle into two parts and making them easy of attachment/detachment. SOLUTION: Division into a perforated tip part 1 and a root part 2 to be fitted to a frame is made. A hole through which a screw passes is formed in one part, a female screw 4 is formed in the other part, and both are fixed by a male screw having a knob. Namely, the tip part 1 and root part 2 of a nozzle are machined to be adhered to each other, a round hole 3 is formed in the adhesion part A of the tip part, and a female screw 4 is formed at the same position of the root part 2. The tip part 1 and the root part 2 are fixed by an object which fitted the knob to the male screw engaging with the female screw 4. In this way, the nozzle can be cleaned simply and completely, and the installation after cleaning can be done in a short time without useless adjustment.
