PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior cosmetic display tool which is capable of stably displaying cosmetics of long and narrow shapes, can be moved to a conspicuous location whenever necessary while maintaining the state of display, and easily handled. SOLUTION: In PR bodies modeled after the longitudinally divided and enlarged state of mascara cosmetics 9 and 9' in a form to use mascara, one side surface parts of the PR bodies 1 and 1' are each provided with cosmetics display parts 5 and 5' to display the mascara cosmetics 9 and 9', after which the PR bodies 1 and 1' are modeled, vertically in multiple levels. Then flange plates 15 and 15' are mounted to the bottom surfaces of the PR bodies 1 and 1' in such a way that the circumferential edge parts of the flange plates 15 and 15' are extended to the sides provided with the cosmetics display parts 5 and 5'.
