The invention relates to a process and a device for casting particle-dispersion composite materials in order to obtain materials with physical, chemical and mechanical properties varying in cross-section, from one area to another, at the desired depth, depending on the nature and the ratio of the supplied materials and the matrix material. According to the invention, the process provides for adding different particles to the molten metal which represents the matrix of the future composite part and which flows to a centrifugal casting mould, by gravitational fall or by entrainment with an inert gas having different flow rates depending on both the particle percentage needed to attain the properties imposed to the composite layer, and the nature of the supplied particles. The claimed device applying the process comprises some dispensers-distributors (D) provided with interchangeable nozzles (2) whose outlets ensure the adequate flow rates of particles supplied to a liquid metal flowing through a spout (9) or a funnel (23) to a rotating centrifugal casting mould (22). In the embodiment where the particles are entrained by an inert gas, the nozzles (2) are introduced in some sleeves (11) welded onto a conduit (10) connected to an inert gas source.
