The invention relates to some switching and controlling arms actuating the switching device having a tip switch lock or a double or a double-compound lock placed only on the opposite side of the electric mechanism of the rail tongue. According to the invention, the switching and controlling arms of the actuating device of the rail tongue comprise a bar (18) of the bar-assembly (B) comprising an adjustable internally threaded head with an inner channel (b) closed at both ends by some plugs (21) and fixed on a bar (18) by means of a nut lock (19). The control bar-assembly (C and D) comprises a rod each (25 and 29) which has at one end some holes (d, g) and at the other end, adjustable internally threaded heads (27, 31), each fixed by means of some lock nuts (26, 30), said heads having a channel (c, respectively h) closed by a plug (28, 32) and has some fastening holes (f, respectively i) at the end.
