The method involves using calculation and assessment which occurs through the signal strength in the link-up being measured over the frequency spectrum used by a specific operator. A neural algorithm is used in order from the measurement result and which frequencies and base have remained supplied to determine where the measured signal strength belongs. The measurement occurs from the base in the cell in which the other cells are found which interfere or which are potential disturbers. Empty time slots are used for the measurements. The neural algorithm evolves from, say 2 x N, pieces of nodes each connected with weights, say wij, where i = 1,2,3,....N and j = 1,2,3....M. The number N is equal to the number of bases in the network. The measurement result is used for allocating values on the excluding weights which are used in the frequency planning tool MACO. |
