The fastening device (2) for the strip consists of a profile fitting into the corner between a wall (6) and a floor (5) and held in place by screws or rivets (7) passing through an extended flange. The fastenings may engage the floor or the wall. A T-section profile (3) has a tapered upright (321) of the T-section which engages with hook-shaped profiles on the fastening piece. The T-section has a broad flat top (32) with an e.g. flexible covering layer (31) with sloping sides (40). Flexible lips (322,323) are attached to the edges of the top of the T and bear against the floor and the wall. |
