PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disinfectant-detergent which is useful for cleaning medical instruments, provides strong bactericidal and cleaning effects by one-stage cleaning, can easily remove a large amt. of big deposits of Ca salts, and is excellent in storage stability by incorporating a peroxymonosulfate compd. and an acid component into the same. SOLUTION: This disinfectant-detergent contains, as the essential ingredients, a peroxymonosulfate compd., pref. a triple salt comprising potassium monopersulfate (KHSO5 ), potassium hydrogensulfate (KHSO4 ), and potassium sulfate (K2 SO4 ), and an acid component, pref. at least one acid selected from among succinic acid, acetic acid, circuit acid, malic acid, glycolic acid, maleic acid, sulfamic acid, phosphoric acid, sodium hydrogensulfate, and tartaric acid, still pref. succinic acid, acetic acid, circuit acid, or malic acid, and pref. further contains a surfactant selected esp. from among an alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate, a polyoxyethylene alkylphenylsulfate, and a polyoxyethylene alkylsulafate. |
