PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a welded body of metal weldable strongly to a mating member without crystallizing an amorphous metal by welding while giving energy to a weld zone in a state that a linear amorphous metal member has been interposed between a soft metallic member for welding and a metallic mating material. SOLUTION: Both tip parts in the axial direction of an amorphous wire 3b have been welded to a land 2b by a metallic member 4b for welding such as aluminum, etc. On a pair of the lands 2b which are metallic mating materials formed on an IC chip, both tip parts of the amorphous wire 3b are individually arranged. On them, the ball 4b of the metallic member for welding is mounted. By pushing a ultrasonic head on them, the three parties of the lands 2b, the amorphous wire 3b and the ball 4b are strongly subjected to ultrasonic welding. After the ball 4b has been deformed, it is welded to the amorphous wire 3b, and is welded to the lands 2b on both sides of the amorphous wire 3b. A weld zone 6b is satisfactorily covered and protected by the deformed ball 4b. |
