PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely execute the separation between an as-cast product and a mold with molding flasks and the disintegration of the mold without mixing core sand in a casting into green sand when the shake-out of the mold is executed. SOLUTION: The mold with upper and lower molding flasks, in which the molten metal is already poured, is turned over. The mold with the lower molding flask is separated from the turned-over mold with upper and lower molding flasks. The mold with the upper molding flask leaving the as-cast product is air-tightly surrounded. The inner part in the structural body surrounded as air-tight is rapidly sucked to reduce the pressure and make the negative pressure, and also, the mold with the upper molding flask is disintegrated by holding the negative pressure state for a fixed time and separated from the as-cast product. After releasing the air-tightly surrounded state, the as-cast product is taken off.
