PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wall finishing material from sagging between a pinch roll and a press roll when a sizing machine is stopped by disposing a tension roll additionally between the pinch roll and the press roll. SOLUTION: An upper pinch roll 10 for introducing a sheet-shaped wall finishing material (cloth) 100 into a sizing machine main body 1, a driving roll 12 for giving feeding tension to the cloth 100, and a press roll 11 which presses the cloth from above and rotates followingly are arranged in an upper structure 2. A lower pinch roll 13 combined with the upper roll 10, a sizing roll 15 for applying an adhesive on the back of the cloth 100, a doctor roll 14 for adjusting the amount of the adhesive, and a leveling roll 16 for feeding the cloth 100 are arranged in a lower structure 3. A tension roll 18 which pushes up the cloth 100 from the lower side to give tension is arranged between the pinch roll 13 and the press roll 11.
