One side of end face of detachable part of sleeve, perforations are trapezoidal in shape with curvilinear bases; plane is engaged with toroidal surface of projection which is closed by filled when it is connected with taper projection having blind cylindrical and through faceted holes; its boundary is engaged with blind end engaged with radial adapter whose boundaries are formed by riffles.
