SOLUTION: In a graduated section, graduation lines are marked by etching, plating, printing, etc., and outer graduation liens 11 and inner graduation lines 12 are provided. On the adhesive sheet 31, a mark B can be put with a pencil A, etc., with the inner graduation lines 12 as a standard. Therefore, the size of an object to be measured can be measured by using the outer graduation lines 11 and, at the same time, the measured size can be recorded in the writing section 3 by putting the mark B in the section 3 by using the inner graduation lines 12.
