PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent separation from a an adhered caused by rubbing between a grounding surface and the adhered and a irregularity of the grounding surface when the adhered is moved by fixing a film on one surface of a leg body made of an elastic body, and arranging a adhesive layer or a tacky layer on the film surface. SOLUTION: An elastic leg 10 is composed of a leg body 11 which consists of an elastic body 15, a film 21, and a an adhesive layer or a tacky layer. The elastic body 15 for composing the leg body 11 may be made of a foaming body or a non-foaming body. The film 21 is fixed to one surface as an adhered side of the leg body 11. Since separation strength in interfaces of the film 21 and the elastic body 15 of the leg body 11 is improved, the film 21 is forcibly adhered on the elastic body 15 of the leg body 11. It is thus possible to improve rigidity as the whole of the elastic leg 10, and it is also possible to prevent separation from an adhered caused by rubbing between the adhered and a adhesive surface and by irregularity of the grounding surface when the adhered is moved.
