PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture processor having high security. SOLUTION: Whether or not there are electronic watermark information in picture data is judged (S105) and when there are the electronic watermark information in the data, a document which is the object to be copied is judged to be a secret document based on the information (S109). When the document is the secret document, the collating of finger-prints of a person executing a copy is performed and the printing of a picture is performed (S125) only when read out fingerprints coincide with the fingerprints in a fingerprint database (YES in S119). |
