PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a procedure for acquiring pay information rather than conventional by omitting operation for an operator to previously input a password for acquiring a password for receiving the pay information to an information transmitting/receiving terminal. SOLUTION: A charging server 21 performs charging related to the provision of pay information to a client 10 who transmits password request information through a second network. Then, a password collating server 23 collates whether a password received from the client 10 through a first network is matched with a password acquired from a password storage part 31 or not and on the basis of this collated result, an information providing server 24 transmits the acquired pay information from a pay information storage part 32 through the first network to the client 10.
