SOLUTION: This device is provided with a display part 1 for displaying a race information selection screen and a race information input screen, an input part 2 for inputting necessary information to the displayed race information input screen, an ROM 3 for storing a program for successively displaying each input screen, such as racing members, races, odds, and race results, an RAM 4 for storing a race information file for storing the race information inputted from the inputting part 2 for each input screen, a CPU 5, and a transmission part 6 for transmitting the stored race information to a main server. The CPU 5 executes processing for storing the race information inputted to the race information input screen in the race information file of the RAM 4 in accordance with the program stored in the ROM 3, and the transmission part 6 transmits the stored race information to the mail server.
